The Future with the Present Progressive
we often use the present progressive for definite arrangements in the future . it is also correct to use be + going to but English speakers usually use the present progressive when the arrangements are certain . Compare
What are you doing tomorrow ?(furure) What are you going to do tomoeeow ?( future) | ? What are you doing (now) |

Note : When we use the present progressive to show the futuer K it is necessary to use time expressions such as : tonight - tomorrow - next week - on Thursday - etc
